Hisense is voluntarily recalling certain Babysense MaxView baby monitors in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Affected serial numbers include MVRX2***-*****.

The recalled units may overheat or spark when charging, posing a fire hazard. Verify your device below to receive an immediate replacement Parent Unit.

No. You should dispose of the old parent unit once your receive confirmation of your replacement. Do not throw the old parent unit in the trash, in the general recycling stream (e.g., street-level or curbside recycling bins), or in used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores. Recalled products with lithium-ion batteries must be disposed of differently than other batteries, because they present a greater risk of fire. Your municipal household hazardous waste (HHW) collection center may accept this recalled lithium-ion battery or device for disposal. Remember, disposal should only take place after you have received confirmation of your replacement.
